My name is [Enter your name here], and I am the current convention services manager at Harmony Suites.  I am reaching out to you today in order to extend a new experience during your future couples’ conferences.  We offer unique, satisfaction guaranteed services that would please every member of your organization.

Located in the heart of Baltimore, we are surrounded by local attractions that may meet the needs of any guest.  Within our establishment, we provide different types of suites that include: a king size bed, a sofa bed (two-room suites), kitchenettes, and complimentary breakfast and evening receptions (coffee, tea, water, and snacks); we also offer non-suite rooms that include two queen beds.  We also promise to provide adequate meeting space for your event when needed with 24 hour reservations, and complimentary recessions (with food and beverages included) during meetings.
