ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in helping organization solve problems and make better decisions through examination, written
documentations and practical business solutions. Process analyst researchers are involved in all aspects of the organization.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
● Technical documentation of practices and procedures
● Assessment of records and data projects
● Organize and file company documents
● Arranges and edits Organization Forms
● Performs evaluations and document audits
● Skilled in editing and formatting company forms, advertisements, and contract documents
● Meet with departmental representatives
● Refers issues to senior staff
● Participates in the collection of market salary information for the annual review
● Input into the monthly payroll
● Assists with the production and implementation of processes and procedures
● Responds to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
PREFERRED SKILLS:
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
● Ability to manage multiple projects and processes at once with minimal supervision
● Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and other software
● Knowledgeable in areas of document control and procedures
● Must be reliable and accessible to the team according to policy
