Tim's Coffee Shop Mission Statement
Our purpose here at Tim’s Coffee Shoppe to provide the
customer with the best experience possible while purchasing the best coffee or
pastry product in the industry. Here at Tim’s Coffee Shoppe we take pride in
our customer service as well as serving the freshest coffee and pastry
products.
Here at Tim’s it is Tim’s responsibility to provide the
safest environment and training to help his employees to achieve the goal of
providing great customer service. In order for Tim to provide a safe working
environment for his employees, he must make sure his building has been
inspected and passes all safety inspections. Tim must also be able to provide
training material and provide his employees with ample amount of on the job
training as well. Tim should also look into sending his employees to customer
service seminars or take this training via the internet.
Elena Cano which is Tim’s manager must also help Tim in
providing the necessary training needed for the employees to perform their jobs
on an every day basis. Elena Cano must also assist Tim with the hiring process,
the firing of employees and the discipline that is needed for the employees as
well. Another task for Elena is to also make sure the Shoppe is operating
properly and also taking the initiative to set up all the training for the
employees and to make sure that all work in a timely manner.
Conclusion
In conclusion with these goals and vision and mission
statements in mind, Tim and Elena together can provide the proper training and
tools needed to achieve all these goals.
