The rapid technological developments, coupled with numerous challenges for business organizations, have imposed a commitment to the development of products, the development of workers' skills, the need to pay attention to changes in consumer tastes and to develop the skills of decision makers. Especially in the light of the shift from an industrial to an information-and knowledge-based economy and greater attention to human capital than physical capital (Trumbach, Payne, & Kongthon, 2006).
The great openness to global markets and rapid technological development has increased the intensity of competition, as the pursuit of excellence has become the preoccupation of business organizations for survival and sustainability (Grant & Jordan, 2015). One of the most important means for these organizations to achieve this goal is to adopt effective programmer’s social responsibility takes into account building a comprehensive strategic plan that is aligned with all departments in the organization (Grant & Jordan, 2015).
