There are three key factors depend on the success of the strategy and its implementation in its proper form: the most important factor in the success of the strategic plan is rigorous implementation and monitoring. Then achieve a comprehensive and realistic internal view of all the Organization's core competencies and its sustainable competitive advantages (Grant & Jordan, 2015). The third factor is the extent to which the company is aligned with the external environment. Therefore, the organization must know who they are, where they are in the present, and also where they want to be in the future, and what they have to do to get there (Grant & Jordan, 2015).
